At Read My Mind Ltd, we are committed to producing high-quality mentalism products for professional performers. Due to the secretive nature of our items, we operate a strict returns policy to protect the integrity of the material.

1. No Returns for Change of Mind

Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns in the following situations:

You decide the item is not suitable for your act

You “thought it was something else”

You change your mind after receiving the method

Purchasing a product grants you access to the secret or method, which is considered delivered once the item has been shipped. We encourage you to contact us with any questions before purchasing.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, we will replace it like-for-like at no additional cost.

To qualify for a replacement:

You must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs if applicable

Items must not show signs of misuse or tampering

Once assessed and approved, we will send out a replacement promptly. In some cases, we may request the return of the original item before dispatching a replacement.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances (unless found to be faulty):

Items containing secret methods

Gimmicked props and trick decks

Custom or personalised products

Digital downloads, ebooks, and video tutorials

4. Return Shipping

If a return is authorised for a faulty or damaged item:

We will cover standard return shipping costs (if pre-approved)

We are not responsible for any items lost during return shipping - please use a tracked service
