Important Update for Our U.S. Customers

The U.S. government has recently changed its import rules. From now on, all orders shipped from overseas (including mentalism products from Read My Mind) will be subject to import duty when they arrive in the United States.

Here’s what you need to know:

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from the courier (Evri, Parcel2Go, or their U.S. delivery partner).
• This email will include a payment request for the new duty charges.
• Please make sure you pay this straight away – couriers only hold parcels for 5 days before sending them back to us in the UK.
• If an order is returned, it can take up to 6 weeks to get back here, and a new shipping fee will need to be paid before we can send it out again.

We know this isn’t ideal, but sadly these new charges are outside of our control. We’ll continue to ship your favourite mentalism products as quickly as possible, but we kindly ask our U.S. customers to be on the lookout for courier emails and to pay any duty promptly to avoid delays.
