Welcome to The Article Complete - Clipboard Edition
The Article is a custom built A4 sized Clipboard that enables you to FREELY predict anything you want to in your shows. it has been designed with the solo performer in mind and you do not require any assistants or outside help.
The Article was initially designed as a method for publicity stunts but now has also been developed to work live in parlour, stage & virtual environments.
In performance you hand over a sealed padded envelope to someone for safekeeping until its time for your performance. (No Stooge or Assistant) When time, the padded envelope is brought forward by the audience member, who displays it on a metal stand.
The performer takes a pair of scissors (un-gimmicked), retrieves the padded envelope and cleanly opens it by cutting open the very end. With his hand completely empty, he reaches inside and pulls the clipboard out and into view.
The clipboard is immediately turned around revealing a sheet of paper clipped in place, bearing a hand written (BOLD thick ink) 100% accurate prediction!
The Article can be used for publicity stunts, headline predictions, confabulation, and climax predictions to your show. It can be performed solo or with the use of an assistant, it’s completely up to you!
Each kit comes complete with the A4 Clipboard (The Article v2) and the custom designed Display & Loading Stand. The Stand works in sync with the clipboard to seamlessly load your prediction in full view of your audience, and without the need of an assistant.
