Mentalism Tricks & Mentalism Product Updates
Over the years, the one mentalism product that I consistently have regular requests for is my infamous Pocket Index, the
L.P.I (Looch Product Index). Originally these were hand made in plastic, by myself using a laser cutter and strip heater. I would make them in small batches after a day of teaching in the classroom. However as many of you will already know, I left teaching behind last year to become a full time performer and as a result dont have the access to the equipment I previously had. I told myself that if they were to be re-released, I would have them made in metal for durability. Nearly every company I approached told me it wasn't possible to manufacture the design in sheet metal, but this didn't deter me. After months of having doors slammed in my face, I am delighted to finally say that one company has stepped up to the plate and agreed to make a prototype. I met with them last week and am ecstatic to be able to tell you that it is possible, and I have a working prototype here with me as I type this. The prototype is manufactured out of a mirror finish stainless steel and looks fantastic. I have spent the weekend testing it and it works exactly how it was intended to! More news to come...
